Review for The Lagoon Bali Pool Hotel And Suites in Legian

The hotel is clean and recently renovated, featuring a fantastic pool bar. Guests can enjoy an amazing breakfast in the restaurant. the staff members are lovely, and the location is perfect, just a stone's throw from Kuta Square, numerous restaurants, and the beach.

Excellent overall experience. Newly remodelled place and budget and neat room. Units with good wifi. Exceptionally nice staff providing great services. Particularly good and unbeatable location, beautiful area. The pool area is great too.

Its stunning, central location was a plus.

I stayed in a twin/double room that had a nice shower, balconies, and plenty of sunlight. the food options were really varied and interesting. 🍽️.

The breakfast was marvellous, and the café was kept stocked. Location: the hotel was adjacent to restaurants and bars, the beach, shops and spas and center of Kuta. Legian City-Centre district was worth exploring.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, where the service was excellent and my budget room had lovely balconies.

Pool area, breakfast was very tasty

For a city hotel beautiful complex with great pool landscape. Central but quiet location. Only a few minutes to the beach.

The so-called standard room was like a cellar room without a balcony with a view of a concrete wall in front of the window. The upgrade to a room with balcony cost more than 50% extra.

The deluxe room with balconies was a perfect fit for us. We appreciated the multi-channel television, seating area, and writing table. the secure location was ideal, close to the center of Kuta, with the beach, shops, and spas in the vicinity, as well as Garlic Lane nearby.

The staff were very friendly. I loved the main pool. Food was great! Convenient to shopping area and great resturants. Free shuttle into Kuta was great!

The only thing that I can say is the phone calls to ask to make up my room and to let the pool man in to clean the pool even though I had the "Please do not disturb" sign on my door. There had been plently of opportunity to clean my room for hours during the middle of the day, yet because they were cleaning other rooms, they had left mine to last and therefore, disturbed me when I was back in the room.

peacefullness and beauty of complex. Also the staff were very efficient, friendly ans willing to give assistance when required.

There was a deal of smoke from the neighbouring property.I should have been given a receipt when I paid the account as there was some confusion from the staff as to wether I had paid the full amount when I checked out.Would like to see tea and coffee making in the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Amazing value for money. Clean and beautifully displayed room. Great location for a holiday. Peaceful and quiet resort.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I loved the fact that the resort was close to the main clubbing strip but also far enough away to have your down time after to many cocktails and not get hassled.

If anything it would be the construction work going to later hours of the night, but could still sleep through

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Kuta, making it a convenient base for exploring the busy street and everything you need for a terrific holiday. The rooms with good wifi, balconies, and breakfast included provide great value for money. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the basic amenities are well-maintained and clean.

No major complaints - all was absolutely fine.

The price, friendly staff, where it is situatated, it was a great experience and I will go back
